Hey I still feel like a failure but here's one (I hope :P)

Warlock

the warlock is a magical being that uses a mixture of psychic powers and dark arts to kill and hex enemies.

Background

warlocks are born from people who have killed once before in past lives and drank from the fountain of blood. They are reborn as half-demons with magical powers that are inherently evil. Warlocks on the battlefield can heal fallen allies through dark means and even release crude Magical Energy through their hands.

Base Stats

health gain per level: +20
base energy: 25
weapon: Magic Rings (fires balls of energy from hand using the element of the ring)
base weapon: Starter Ring of Shadow 3-5 shadow damage.

Attributes

Magical Mastery-
spells in this attribute are offensive raw magic shaped into a form to harm enemies.
Deathless Mastery-
spells in this attribute allow the warlock to use death itself as a weapon against enemies.
Focus- (primary attribute)
for every point in this attribute, warlock spells cost 4% less energy to use.
Energy Focus-
spells in this catagory allow the warlock to summon raw energy as a weapon.

Sample Skills

Magical Mastery

Beam of Hatred- 5 energy 1/2 cast
deals 15...65 shadow damage to a single target.

Dark choir- 15 energy 1 cast 8 recharge
deals 5...30 shadow damage to all nearbye foes. After 20 seconds foes who took damage lose an additional 15...40 health.

Shadow Shield- 5 energy 1 cast 12 recharge
block the next magical attack against you. 25...50% of the attack's cost and damage is converted to health.

Infernal Blast- 25 energy 1/8 cast 24 recharge
target foe takes 20....120 damage. If that foe is below 50% health after this attack or dies, all nearbye foes take 10...60 damage.

Deathless Mastery

Death's Touch- 5 energy 1/2 cast 4 recharge
target touched foe takes 35 shadow damage. If target foe is above 50% health, this attack deals +10...50 more damage.

Death's Warm Embrace- 25 energy 1/8 cast 12 recharge
[elite] target foe must be below 10...30% health and have at least 2 conditions active to use this attack. Shadowstep to target foe and sacrifice 30% maximum health. Foe is immobilized and cannot attack, move or cast spells as long as you are near him, the same effects apply to you. If you or th etarget foe is attacked this attack is interrupted. Target foe loses 1...3% of his remaining health while this spell is in effect until he dies. If this spell is not interrupted and the target foe dies, you lose 100% of your maximum health and energy.

A Life for a Life- 5 energy 78 recharge
All your remaining health is spread equally among your allies and all dead allies are revived with half the health given to them and 0 energy. For 90 seconds you cannot be revived by any means other then entering a town/outpost or leaving the arena (if you are in pvp).

Lifeless Aura- 15 energy 24 recharge
A single minion/pet near you is killed instantly. Target foe takes 100...250% of the health the pet had remaining. If the target foe dies, the pet/minion's owner gains 10 energy and 25 health.

Energy Focus

Energy Orb- 5 energy 1/2 cast
send out a ball of raw shadow energy dealing 25...65 damage to one target foe.

Energy Wave- 10 energy 1 cast 4 recharge
send out a ball of energy dealing 10...35 damage to one target foe and dealing 5...40 damage to all nearbye foes.

Bolt of Shadows- 5 energy 1 cast 12 recharge
send out a bolt of energy to deal 5...120 damage to target foe.

Call Shadow- 25 energy 4 cast 78 recharge
[elite] call shadows to the area dealing 20...120 shadow damage to all foes in the area per second for a total of 1...3 seconds.

Focus

Meditation Signet- 1/2 cast 18 recharge
gain 5...15 energy.

Meditate- 5 energy 24 recharge
(stance) you are immobilized for 5...15 seconds and cannot move, attack, or cast spells. As long as you remain in this stance you gain a +1...5 energy regeneration and a 25....50% chance to block attacks.

Signet of the Fountain- 5 cast 14 recharge
all allies gain +5 health regeneration for 1...12 seconds. You gain +1 health regeneration for 1...5 seconds for every ally affected by this signet.
